Cynthia was elected in November 2010 to serve as Wyoming’s 20th State Auditor. She is the first CPA to be elected to the Office. The duties of the State Auditor include being the Chief Accountant and Payroll Officer for state agencies.
Cynthia’s career includes over 16 years in public accounting and as a successful business owner. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1991 with a BS in Accounting.
Cynthia is an active supporter of her community. She is a Park County Leadership Institute graduate, a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and Past-Treasurer, Past-Chair of the Buffalo Bill Art Show and Sale, and Past-Board member of the Park County Republican Women.
Cynthia and her husband of 16 years, Charles, have four children: Luke, Morgan, Connor and Wyatt. Their eldest son, Luke, is a fourth generation Marine who served in Iraq.
